Hello, My name Is John Kats and my wife Veronica (Ronnie) and I am the owner or Quality Welding and Embroidery Solutions. I created this company in 2001 out of a very small shed. Since then I have developed it into a small full service fabrication and welding shop. The Embroidery is something Ronnie does.

At Quality Solutions we make small to medium sized parts for the homeowner and, manufacturing companies in Wisconsin. We can ship anywhere in the USA. All the pictures shown are available for actual viewing at my residence. We custom make brackets, shelf supports, heavy duty mirror wall mount supports and, many other types of various parts.  Not enough space for all the pictures.

 

Quality Solutions can even make scale drawings of all your small parts for your big projects.  For a small fee you can have ownership of the drawings.

 

I get the inspiration to build and create most of my artwork from some of the things I have seen over the years. The door pictured here IS my actual small garage screen "man" door. Made from Solid steel and with an aluminum backing, you can guess that's its pretty hard to just "break-into" my garage.

This and the wishing well (pictured on the front page) is also made from a welded solid steel frame and the wood on the wishing well is purely decoration!

 

The small cart shown is actually a pull behind a bicycle trailer. It can be used as a walk behind cart. Completely water proof and lockable! There are many different styles to choose from. Some in a heavy duty grocery cart style as shown or a lightweight made from plastic. Always durable and most carry a 2 year warranty! If you EVER have any problems just bring it back along with your "receipt or contract" and we will be happy to help!

In 2016 we added a new machine to our clan and started Building custom Aluminum trailer frames and campers. We NOW can offer aluminum and Stainless Steel welding! How exciting!
